Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 13th September 2023. Daz aged 57 years of Newquay and formerly of Birmingham. Best friend and beloved husband of Wendy, a loving son and brother and dear friend to many.

Funeral service at The Trelawny Chapel, Penmount Crematorium on Saturday 14th October 2023 at 2.00pm. Please dress however you feel most comfortable though wearing your favourite band T-Shirt would be appreciated.
